Our quality management system passed ISO 9001:2008, certified by LRQA, and our products have PED 97/23 EC certificates, and we are preparing for API6A certification. Our major products are nickel alloy flanges, valve parts, forged fittings, API 6A wellhead & Christmas tree parts, pipe Fittings, rods & bars, pipes & tubes, plates, sheets & stripes, and wires. Industries served are Oil and gas, Chemical and petrochemical, Power generation, Marine, Aerospace, Defense. The major materials for the products are corrosion resistant and high temperature alloys of Inconel\Incoloy\Hasteloy\Monel series. We have complete advance facility of production and tests to make excellent alloy products qualified with customer requirements. The main production facility are one set of 1T vacuum induction melting furnace, one set of 2 T intermediate frequency furnace, one set of 2 T electro slag re-melting furnace, over fifty sets of machining equipments, such as lathe, wire cutting, drilling and milling. The main test equipments are the equipment of chemical analysis, tensile test, hardness test, PMI examination, ultrasonic NDT, liquid penetrant NDT, roughness test, and impact test. We are extraordinary strict with product quality and we have complete and tight flow chart of production and test. We do strict quality control at every production stage, and make the product and test the product, strictly according to the related standard and customer's requirements, and we offer complete test reports for every order.
